Incorrectly (incompletely) filled out Customer, Vendor and Item data cause a lot of problem and unnecessary work.
While the administration department is still working on uploading the detailed data (e.g. price) of the new Item card, a salesperson may mistakenly uses the product on a Customer Offer. The customer receives his offer at the wrong price, which results in complaints and problems.
If you are familiar with the above problem, we recommend our "easy Mandatory Fields" solution. With the use of this extension, incorrect data (Customer, Vendor, Item) will remain locked till all the transaction necessary data entered and cannot be included in any business transaction. By unlocking the data-card, the program checks all the fields that marked as mandatory in the settings and allows the unlocking process only after they are completely filled out.
The range of checked data can be set at the user level, without the help of a developer.
With the help of a developer, the range of checked master data can be further expanded.
